The CDD Delivery Associate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer due diligence processes. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative solutions and driving operational excellence within our team.

What you’ll own
Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement:
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing due diligence processes to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement in line with the overall company’s strategic objectives.Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce approval times.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, boost productivity, drive cost-effectiveness, and enhance the customer experience.Complete continuous monitoring of systems and processes to reduce customer friction and increase operational efficiency.Systems and Controls:
Perform sample testing of systems and controls ensuring rulesets adjusted where required across all CDD systems to ensure regulatory requirements are met, operational efficiency is maintained and to detect, prevent and deter financial crime.Report emerging issues or concerns with the ability to manage issues from identification to resolution.Support the resolution of issues arising from internal and external audits and/or independent reviews, to ensure remediation timeframes are met.Change Management:
Support the delivery and adoption of change including but not limited to business case development, impact analysis, reporting of success measures and continuous improvement.Ensure regulatory change is implemented in a timely manner whilst ensuring effective processes for CDD Operations teams.Where you’ll own it

What you bring
Essential
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a change or delivery role with a strong focus on customer due diligence.A demonstrable understanding of legal/regulatory requirements pertaining to CDD.A strategic thinker with the ability to identify, mitigate and communicate risks and issues identified that have the potential to impact the organisation and the overall customer experience.Ability to build a positive culture of continuous improvement and learning, encouraging professional development opportunities and knowledge sharing initiatives.Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, ensuring effective communication and alignment.Highly analytical and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.Experience working in compliance technology implementation and testing.Desirable
Experience in payment services.Relevant professional qualifications e.g. Diploma in AML or Financial Crime, CAMs certification.Experience using tools such as Orbis, Actimize, Salesforce.Worldpay perks - what we’ll bring for you
