Your tasks and responsibilities:
As Global Change Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies which underpin the successful change management of our transformation across Marketing as well as our core activitiesYou will take over delivering on comprehensive internal communication program which supports global, regional and country change initiatives linked to our transformation as well as marketing-related topicsYou will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging and drive colleague engagement through communication and communityYou will oversee the creation, production and publication of communication materials, including newsletters, presentation materials for internal events and internal communication platformsYou will act as a leader in the editorial collaboration who stays informed about important development and results, translating them into a communication strategyYou are responsible for the quality management for Corporate Marketing communications, orchestrating the best possible communication experience for our colleagues

Your qualifications and experience:
You have successfully completed your university degree specializing in marketing, Public Relations, communication science or a comparable fieldYou contribute long-term experience in a communication role, with a focus on change management ideally in a marketing transformation and have already successfully implemented measurable projects or led functional teamsYou have a very good general understanding of marketing in the field of customer experienceYou have proven experience with internal communication strategies in the context of complex international corporate structuresYou are proficient in digital communication tools and platforms, and experienced in using media such as video and internal social channels to engage and connectIdeally you have knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry as well as B2B Marketing
