The Quest Global Channels team is looking for a Global Channel Programs & Strategy Consultant to join our organization, reporting directly to our Sr. Director of Global Channels. This will be a highly visible role requiring proven channel strategy experience and track record of execution. This consultant will not only define, build, and lead our Global Channel Programs, Strategy, and routes to market for the Quest portfolio, but will be capable of balancing a mix of tactical and strategic priorities, including project management and program development. Our consultant will understand and internalize the Quest vision, solution portfolio, product roadmap, and go-to-market activities and effectively communicate these to partner constituents.
This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate would be in the Austin area.

Responsibilities Working with WW BU GMs and Geo Channel Sales Leaders to develop and drive the Global Channel Strategy and annual playbook developmentIntroduce, develop, and execute all Global Channel Strategy growth plans to support hyper-growth of the Quest channel business (focusing on driving incremental Partner-led growth, Partner Recruitment and Activation)Establish ecosystem expansion, growth and sales strategies for prioritized segments and servicesCollaborate with strategic partner alliances team to drive channel engagementMain liaison with marketing and sales operations teams to support global channel programs & operationsAnalyze competitive and market data to shape direction of the Quest channel priorities to optimize revenue growthDrive Partner Transformation and engagement processDefine KPIs and develop action-oriented insights to deliver data driven outcomesAct as a key interface with Finance, Operations, and geo Sales on communication of Channel Programs and Strategic InitiativesProvide regional support for key partner constituents where local engagement is needed to promote the health of the channel Qualifications 8+ years of experience in channel strategy, program management, product strategy/managementStrong channel experience in marketing, sales and/or operations. Must understand channel as a GTM strategyExperience in managing channel operations globally, navigating and communicating with partners to achieve positive partner experienceKnowledge of channel industry practices, competitive products, and research dataUnderstanding of global market trends, assumptions, practices and policiesAbility to organize and prioritize multiple ongoing projects-Demonstrated analytical and project management skillsOutstanding communications skills and ability to communicate strategic direction, innovative thinking, and plans to Executive LeadershipAvailable for global travel (10%)Preferences
