We are looking for a Global Clinical Sciences and Operations (GCSO) Innovation Manager who is experienced in identifying and exploring innovation solutions in clinical studies, supporting digital transformation projects and implementing scalable solutions with internal and external stakeholders to join us in our Clinical Operations team, based in our U.S., U.K., or Belgium offices in Raleigh / Atlanta / Slough.
About the role:
GCSO Innovation Manager will be responsible for evaluating and assessing new solutions (including digital) to be imbedded in clinical studies including but not limited to telemedicine, wearables/devices/sensors, eConsent, eCOA, and others to be implemented during the study concept design. They will be responsible for developing the framework and processes (including best practices) needed to successfully implement selected digital transformation solutions in clinical studies and provide the continuous support (light touch) throughout the study until closeout.

The GCSO Innovation Manager will successfully collaborate & partner with all our internal and external stakeholders such as GCSO Innovation Leads, external work groups, development / medical patient value practice, GCSO, PDL, CPM and IT.
What you’ll do:
Conduct frequent and timely communication of project progress to all stakeholders and ensure alignment of goals.Prepare the organization for the change management on new initiatives in clinical studies and create an awareness campaign to support the implementation.Work with strategic partners to ensure alignment on systems and processes for implementing new vendors or capabilities.Ensure best industry practices and high-quality deliverables consistent with all applicable guidelines and regulations.Participate in team meetings by advising and supporting the line manager on strategic and operational issues related to GCSO Innovation, CDI, and GCSO.Support activities that provide operational structure for GCPM and PDL such as:Budget planning and management Resource planning and managementPolicy and procedures development and maintenanceSOP review and update activitiesKnowledge management and training
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree: Master’s degree preferred.A minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience implementing complex initiatives within a regulated matrix / partnership environment within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or CRO industry.3+ years of project management experience at the Sponsor level.Demonstrated experience successfully leading cross-functional projects in a global environment.
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $114,300 - $152,400 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
