The Global Commercial Vice President - McDonald's will have strategic commercial responsibility for McDonald’s at a Global Level and will be based in the Chicago area. The existing regional McDonald’s Account teams will closely align with this role and the successful candidate will drive and lead the global strategy, leveraging Kerry’s internal capabilities in a cross-functional manner, to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. This role will require a minimal of 50% global travel 

Key responsibilities

 

 

Leadership of the Global Commercial McDonald’s account team to optimize planning, customer experience and business outcomes in line with EUM, Channel and Regional priorities Co-ordinates virtual, cross-functional teams for Kerry globally, to manage and present a consistent Kerry approach to these key customers and deliver differentiated customer experiences and propositions. Regional McDonalds Leads will closely align with this role and foster building of a high performing team culture. Manage the overall performance for the account, engaging senior and mid-level stakeholders (both internal and external) to understand business imperatives and understanding improvement opportunities. Global Account strategy in place and aligned with the customer​. Leading the global account planning process at a global level integrating the regional plans that address key customer needs and EUM strategies that showcase Kerry’s differentiated technologies and skills, aligned with EUM and Channel priorities Delivering account growth in line with business targets set through the account planning process. Individual will be a key contributor to the Global Foodservice Leadership Team.

 

 

Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in a Commercial or Business discipline Postgraduate / Masters Qualification desirable 8-10 years of experience in a similar role with direct McDonald's experience Experience and knowledge of the foodservice / food and beverage industry, ideally across a range of markets, with significant time working with vendors into the McDonalds business.  Significant exposure to senior management within a sales environment. Significant experience of working with McDonald’s at a senior level.
