Job Description

The Global Commission Program Coordinator has oversight and responsibilities for the implementation, day-to-day management, and maintenance of Expeditors' commission system. This person will lead and drive the execution and continuous improvement of the Expeditors Commission System for our and Account Management personnel. The Global Commission Program Coordinator helps to define and execute commission compensation strategy, defines processes, creates reporting to measure results and analyze trends, and engages with Account Management, Marketing, and Sales.

The Global Commission Program Coordinator reports to the Director, Global Account Management Operations. The position will collaborate closely with Account Management and Sales personnel, regional support and other stakeholders.

Manages commission daily and monthly related system functionsEnsure daily file loads for Expeditors Commission System are successfulUpload monthly retro commissions for Account ManagementResolve Account Management system reports disputesResolve Azure commission reported support issuesEnsure training material is updated with current development changesIdentify trends and communicate to stakeholdersPerform monthly commission auditsCommunicate with our third-party vendor as neededIntegrate new products and plans into the commission systemBackup for monthly commissions runsTake on additional assignments as required, supporting company needs

QualificationsBachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university and/or 3 years of related experienceStrong analytical skills and a desire to work with large complex dataAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsOutstanding collaboration and communication skills, including experience withing with disparate teamsCommission Compensation experience a plus     Experience with InetSoft, other BI reporting tools, or SQL a plus  

Additional Information

This position is ideally located in either CHQ, Lynnwood, or Federal Way.

Constantly improve knowledge of Expeditors’ operational procedures, systems, and technologies.Maintain a minimum of 52 hours of training annually with a focus on systems training and operations.Cross-training on other areas of personal development.Personal goals communicated to gain support from leadership.

Expected base salary: $78,000 – $83,000
