Global Compensation Analyst

As a Global Compensation Analyst, you will provide support on key compensation programs and practices, including embedding our compensation philosophy; maintaining effective global compensation processes and data integrity. You will be detail-oriented, meticulous, and have outstanding business acumen with a sound understanding of compensation analysis.

Your Role

In this role, you will:

Provide support in designing and implementing global compensation programs such as salary review cycle, bonus, commission, pay equity etc.Ensure compensation operational and administrative processes are effective; identify and implement process improvements.Engage with key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the business needs in order to design and advise on compensation plans.Utilize available technology and identifying enhancements to process, data or usages which in turn facilitate efficient and scalable practices.Collaborate with partners and stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll and external vendors on administration, reporting, and analysis.Analyse large and/or complex data, and prepare detailed summary reports.Other related projects as required.

Your Background

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications (must have)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Human Resources or a related area.Minimum of 5 years of job-related HR experience.Knowledgeable in reward practices – specifically pay range design, benchmarking, career structures etc.Familiar with tax and payroll practices.
