About The Opportunity

We are looking for the Global Compensation & Benefits Administration (12m FTC) to support both the Compensation and Benefits team.

In this role, you will:

Compensation:

Support two Global Compensation Managers in partnering with Corporate, Community and Sales client groups on compensation related matters

Lead the annual salary survey participation, benchmarking, analyzing, and interpreting market data to provide recommendations for our global salary ranges with minimal supervision

Support our global Annual Compensation Review cycle including but not limited to reviewing and recommending merit increases, market adjustments, promotion and incentive payouts

Support the sales incentive payout calculation process

Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team and provide recommendations for compensation adjustments based on job evaluations, pay gap analysis, market data, and internal equity

Evaluate new and existing roles for appropriate job families, levels and salary ranges

Conduct data analysis in helping to create presentations to support strategic compensation decisions and the further development of our compensation philosophy

Support the preparation of compensation-related reports and documentation for audits, governance, or regulatory purposes

Ensure compensation data accuracy across HRIS platforms (Workday experience a plus)

Manage queries from employees in our People Helpdesk - ticketing system (Salesforce)

Benefits Administration:

Manage day-to-day administration of benefit programs, enrollments, and policy inquiries and be the subject matter expert on all matters related to benefits

Manage invoice processing, including monitoring of cost, service levels and accuracy of data and invoices across benefits providers

Support monthly benefits administration, ensuring the Payroll department and third-party provider (Pension, PMI, etc) are receiving documentation and reports on time in order to process accordingly

Project manage the renewal process for existing benefits policies, ensuring timely and efficient execution

Support the Global People Operations team with benefits onboarding and enrollment processing

Support annual benefit events, including enrollment and global wellness fair

Write benefit communications and support increasing employee engagement

Support renewal processing and accuracy of benefits, ensuring our benefits platform is updated and communications to employees

Run ad-hoc reports on benefits utilization and help establish metrics

Respond to employee queries both in person and through our People Helpdesk - ticketing system (Salesforce)

About You

Does the below sound like you? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

At least 3-4 years of experience in an analytical, finance or compensation and benefits role

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills are required. Must be able to manage large data sets and perform functions such as table array, index match, vlookup, pivot tables, charts etc. 

Outstanding attention to detail and quantitative/qualitative analysis skills

Takes initiative and uses good judgment; excellent follow-up skills

Detail oriented and sensitive with confidential data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high growth, changing environment

Ability to work cross-functionally to participate in projects and activities based on business requirements
