Working closely with the Head of Global Compensation, the Global Compensation Manager will help design, develop and maintain a forward-thinking global compensation program, designed to support DuPont’s business and talent strategy by attracting the best talent; supporting a competitive market position; and driving performance and engagement. This is an individual contributor role supporting all compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and reward and recognition programs, as well as the annual compensation process cycle. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely within the Global Rewards Center of Expertise, build effective relationships with global business and HR leaders, and develop and deliver creative communications to the organization’s managers and employees.
**Your key responsibilities:**
+ Research and implement competitive, best practice pay policies and programs, including base and variable pay and recognition programs
+ Support the compensation team in benchmarking, salary survey selection and participation, and competitive analysis
+ Partnering with HR and business leaders, develop and implement pay strategies to address workforce challenges such as attrition, hot skills, internal equity, starting salary rates, job leveling and market competitiveness
+ Lead all aspects of the annual compensation process cycle
+ Analyze and synthesize complex compensation data and create relevant dashboards and presentations for key HR and business stakeholders
+ In addition to global responsibilities, support the organization’s compensation needs and consult with HR and business leaders for manufacturing sites in North America
+ Develop and implement effective communications for all compensation programs
+ Support the organization’s merger & acquisition needs on compensation-related matters, as needed
**Your qualification profile:**
+ Requires 7+ years of applicable compensation experience; manufacturing industry experience preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related discipline preferred
+ Demonstrated experience and relevant expertise in the design and implementation of effective global compensation concepts, principles, and processes, including job evaluation and leveling, market pricing and compensation administration
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage large data sets and resolve difficult problems
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and administer complex processes
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment, with a demonstrated ability to establish and manage a complex network of key stakeholders
+ Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
