Reporting to the Senior Director - Global Compensation, the focus of this role is on compensation program (base pay, variable pay and recognition) design and management as well as process (re)design. In addition, the role will actively contribute to or lead one or more reward projects at any one time.

Your key responsibilities

 

Support recurrent compensation processes including annual year-end compensation, annual merit-setting process, during-the-year compensation actions such as promotions and other adjustmentsProgram/Policy (re)design and modificationSupport (Sales) Incentive Plan design and continuous improvement of (Sales) Incentive Plan designManage Global Recognition PlansCollect input and guidance from critical decision makers and stakeholders underlying the (re)design respectively the deployment of global programs and policiesPerform global level analyses of competitive total rewards practices to ensure competitive positioning of programs and policies, as well as consistent application across business groups, countries and regions

 

You bring

 

6+ years compensation experience: exposure to the various aspects of broad-based compensation, especially in the areas of Base and Variable Pay design, project-based work, and reward consultingAbility to influence internal colleagues & external partiesExperience in vendor managementComfortable juggling priorities & working independentlyStrategic and analytical mindset; critical thinking skills; proficient in ExcelWorking in an International and Matrix organization
