We are looking for a Global Content Alliances Support Associate to join our Academia and Government – Global Content Alliances team. In this role you will support the execution of content licensing agreements and maintain relationships with existing content providers.

Research and respond to publisher inquiries using internal databases, external sources, and coordination with cross-functional teams.Address publisher concerns, maintain accounts, and handle special initiatives, including escalations and administrative requests.Negotiate agreements and permission letters with new and existing content partners through effective communication.Maintain publisher accounts by updating records, researching opportunities, and ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.Support content evaluations by managing licensing opportunities and assisting Alliance Managers.Collaborate with internal teams (Global Content Alliances, Product Management, Content Operations, Customer Service, and Finance) to resolve operational and procedural issues related to content.About the Team
