Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team to execute purchasing and logistics strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products. Each day, you will ensure execution in accordance with company and Procurement team instructions and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements. This role is contributing to the IA Procurement & Logistic, Process Automation BA Function Operation Centers and Quality and is based in Krakow.The work model for the role is: hybrid.You will be mainly accountable for:• Leading commercial and legal negotiations for IS Sourcing contracts, typically ranging from $25K to $500K, as well as managing RFQ/RFP processes and negotiations for contracts up to $2M.• Managing the end-to-end sourcing process, from initial engagement through to contract signature, ensuring cost savings and value optimization for allocated contracts.• Facilitating contract changes, including amendments, renewals, change requests, orders, and termination notices, while maintaining accurate documentation and metadata in the contract management system.• Acting as the primary liaison with Legal, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts (e.g., tax, security, data protection, finance), and customers to provide guidance and support for contract execution.

Qualifications for the role

You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or IT, and a proven track record of managing procurement and sourcing processes.You have 5+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing, with at least 2 years specializing in commercial and legal contract negotiations.You are highly skilled in conducting commercial negotiations with large IT suppliers, demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex business situations.You are passionate about stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence demanding stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a dynamic, changing environment.You possess exceptional team-building and networking capabilities, ensuring collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams.You are fluent in English (both written and verbal), and proficiency in any additional language will be considered an advantage.
