**90521BR** **Job Title:** Global Controller, Financial Systems Support - Decatur, IL **Department/Function:** Finance, Accounting, Audit **Job Description:** **Global Controller (Financial Systems Support) - Decatur, IL** **This is a full time, exempt level position** **General** The Financial Systems Support team is part of the Record to Report organization. The team provides system admin and tech support for the Record to Report organization. Applications that are supported include Hyperion and Blackline. The team also provides support for accounting files and processes and works on projects and quick wins to improve the accounting close process. The areas of responsibility for this role include but are not limited to: + Provide leadership for global continuous improvement initiatives for the record to report organization driving technical solutions + Partner with the IT, GBS and Corporate FP&A teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiencies + Act as primary liaison to escalate issues during month-end global to IT function for month-end close system issues + Provide data for urgent Record to Report requests from core ERPs + Build and administer tools and dashboards that measure the health of the month-end process and critical key performance indicators + Provide system and file support to the Record to Report organization + Collaborate with other leaders to identify and implement best practices across Record to Report + Responsible for the services provided to customers and to remediate all issues in a productive manner + Work with internal and external auditors to provide system evidence and ensure strong control environment + Participate in 1ADM standardization related activities impacting the Financial System Support Team + Provide oversight and direction to the Hyperion team responsible to maintain various Hyperion applications (HFM, Hyperion Planning, Financial Close Manager, etc) + Drive continuous improvement through collaboration of thought, innovative ideas and proactive behavior + Manage and develop a team of around 20 people globally **Job Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Information Systems + 12+ yeas of accounting and/or accounting information systems experience + Strong understanding of Financial and System controls + Experience leading global system and process implementations + Proficient with Hyperion and/or other consolidation tools + Prior experience in managing multiple global projects at one time + Strong data analytics + Experience with PowerBI + Ability to lead global team. + Strong functional understanding of ADM’s operating structure desired Excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement listed?
