Job Description:

We seek an Analyst who is client-focused, intellectually curious, and eager to contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive banking solutions. The Global Corporate Banking – Real Estate group is part of Global Banking within the Commercial & Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan. The group focuses on public and large private corporates, financial sponsors and asset management complexes in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging sectors.  Our team helps structure and deliver traditional banking and investment banking solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare presentation and marketing materials for use in client meetings and transaction execution, covering topics such as financing alternatives, capital markets activity, capital structure and credit ratings Participate in all phases of debt capital markets and syndicated and leveraged finance origination, execution, and syndication Build and maintain financial models to evaluate implied credit ratings, debt capacity, creditworthiness, and the impact of various capital structures Conduct industry research and comparable company and transaction analysis Coordinate, organize, and drive efforts with management, deal team members and product partners across the Commercial & Investment Bank, globally Support senior bankers with overall client management responsibilities, idea generation and business initiatives, as well as interact and build relationships with clients  Develop a working understanding of all bank products, including global coordination of client treasury service and liquidity needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in related field  Strong corporate finance, analytical, credit and problem-solving skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Well-organized with a strong attention to detail Natural ability to interact with clients and internal partners Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment Self-motivated, dependable and intelligent Knowledge of corporate finance, credit, treasury services and other corporate and investment banking products Possess or obtain within three months of hire the FINRA Series 79, Series 63 and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses
