Global Corporate Income Tax Sr Specialist

What we are looking for

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Tax Specialist /Sr Specialist with strong experience in tax and corporate income tax to join our Italian team. 

 

Main Accountabilities:

•          Corporate and international tax compliance

•          Central governance of tax reporting

•          Group ETR calculation

•          CBCR and Pillar 2

•          CFC and Hybrid analysis, DAC6 compliance

•          R&D and Patent box

 

Main Responsibilities:

•          Manage the tax report coming from the subsidiaries in order to consolidate the group ETR, both actual, forecast and budget view

•          Support the countries on their tax reporting activity

•          Track and monitor tax law changes in the countries the Group operates and drive the related implementation where applicable

•          Identify and evaluate available efficiencies provided by the tax law.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge:

•          Master Degree in Economics or Law

•          5 to 10 years of experience in Multinational Companies or Tax Consulting Firms

•          Fluent in English.
