Global Credit Finance Productivity/Project Manager, VP

Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking a VP level Productivity/Project Manager responsible for leading the design, implementation and management of Global Credit Finance (GCF) projects. Reporting to the Head of Centralized Functions, the position drives complex projects from inception through delivery and support, including project, program, and executive sponsors, as well as other leaders within the business. This role is charged with defining objectives, creating plans to achieve objectives, tracking progress against objectives and budgets, driving execution of key projects. This individual provides overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of productivity/project oriented work efforts.

What you will be responsible for

As a GCF Project Manager, you will:

Lead the end-to-end planning and management of medium to large projectsIndependently plan, organize and control the activities of multiple, large-scale, cross-functional project teamsOversee the development and maintenance of an end-to-end project planOversee management & control of project scopeOversee the management of overall project communications, risks, and issues resolutionOversee the management of an  end-to-end project budgetOversee the management of project tracking and reportingDefine and oversee communication with sponsors and management concerning project strategy, status, and issuesPersuade and influence colleagues at all levels of the organizationUse a broad array of communication vehicles to lead, direct, and facilitateAnticipate critical issues and risks and take responsibility for resolution across the organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications

10+ years in a Project based roles in financial services industryBachelors from a business related focusAbility to communicate and manage stakeholders diplomaticallyLeadership skillsProblem-solving skillsThe ability to delegate effectivelyAdvanced Time management skillsExperience with project management techniques, like Agile, Six Sigma, Lean etc.Experience with PM software and tools

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
