Job Responsibilities:
Execute trades in investment-grade credit markets, ensuring optimal pricing and risk management. Lead risk management efforts and develop strategies to maximize profitability. Collaborate with sales teams to expand the client base and increase market share. Analyze market trends and provide insights to support trading decisions. Maintain strong relationships with clients and counterparties. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management standards. Represent the firm at industry events and forums, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Extensive experience in credit trading or a related field, with a focus on investment-grade products. Strong knowledge of credit markets, products, and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership ability, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with coding and programming skills, particularly in Python or other relevant languages, to support algorithmic trading strategies.
