Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $55 - 60 per hourWe're seeking a Global Customer Advocacy Program Lead to design and execute a comprehensive global strategy aligned with business goals. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to drive global priorities, create impactful customer stories, and empower Regional Advocacy Managers. We need an organized, ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and excels in building strong stakeholder relationships.Responsibilities: As the Global Customer Advocacy Program Lead, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of our comprehensive global customer advocacy strategy that aligns with business goals. Ultimately you are responsible for the delivery of all global customer advocacy priorities. You must be a highly organized, ambitious, self-starter who is prepared for the fast pace of a hyper-growth software company. You should thrive working cross-functionally and creating order within ambiguity. You will work with our marketing and sales teams to align on high level global priorities, develop plans to execute against these goals, and then enable Regional Advocacy Managers to deliver on these plans with account teams and customer advocates. Ultimately this role is responsible for the stories and content that will fuel our global marketing, sales, demand generation, and event efforts. You will be focused on building relationships with key stakeholders across marketing as well as Regional Advocacy Managers. Qualifications: 8+ years experience in a customer advocacy, customer marketing, customer success or other customer-facing role with a track record of executing on demands in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of effectively working with customers and internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and delivery to build strong relationships and deliver on outcomes. Strategic and analytical thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day activities to help reach marketing and sales goals, and gather data and metrics to improve outcomes. Highly organized, outcomes-oriented, efficient and expedient under ambitious timelines. Experience setting up and executing customer incentive programs. Demonstrated record of operational accomplishment and exceeding KPIs. Self-motivated, a strong attention to detail and process, and able to work independently and proactively. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills. Fluent in English and based in New York. Love learning and driving the process of bringing a story to life.
