What are we looking for:
We are currently looking for a Global Customer offering Manager
Reporting to the Global Customer Offering, Pricing and Revenue Management Associate Director, the candidate will be part of a new global team, aiming at evolving Amplifon offering and pricing strategy driving transformational projects impacting and maximizing performance.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the candidate will be responsible for:
Leading cross functions project team to design, deliver, test and successfully roll-out the offering projects (e.g. new financing platform, new offering architecture, design and rollout new services program) Deep understanding of market-by-market business peculiarities and needs for best compromise between global strategy standardization and local customization Ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating the project status and risks to the key stakeholders Gather and formalize business requirements partnering with Marketing and IT teams Anticipating and managing project risks Ensure timely and accurate go-to-market Sizing revenues impact and ensuring performance KPIs monitoring and follow up both during pilot and rollout phases Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needsCandidate Profile:
6+ years of Project Management experience in international transformation projects, gained in consulting or in a well-structured company The candidate must have managed projects related to complex Offering services and must be familiar with Pricing topics Previous experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, RGM, Product and Servies design and development or processes improvement Excellent data analysis, reporting and project management skills Strong data driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness Understanding or experience of Salesforce as a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong entrepreneurial attitude Fluency in English Willingness to travel in EMEA
