Your new role – challenging and future-oriented:

Drive the development and implementation of data centric project execution methodologies and digitalized processes in daily work activities across multiple teamsCoordinate data integration and tool requirements as well as solutions with ITEnsure seamless flow of data between tools and disciplines and identify further automation opportunitiesShape the engineering tools landscape and prepare appropriate gate meetingsEnsure proper communication with relevant project stakeholdersDemonstrate practical skills and readiness to create APIs, Dashboards, and Web Applications as required

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in process, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a comparable disciplineFive years or more of working experience in project execution, including leading global interdisciplinary teams and managing processes and toolsSolid experience in development and implementation of data centric project execution methodologies and digitalized processesExcellent communication skills and team playerEnthusiastic about unleashing the full potential of data, data analytics and AI/ML solutions in operative business processesOpen mindset to new technologies and new ways of workingAnalytical mindset and a systematic style of workingGood understanding of APIsKnowledge of Snowflake, Mendix, Tableau, Alteryx, or PowerBI is a plusFluent English is a must.
