What You'll Do

As a Global Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions, focusing on product funnels, feature performance, and actionable insights. This position goes beyond web analytics, requiring a proactive thinker who leads strategic initiatives and influences product direction.

 

You will be responsible for:

Web Analytics Implementation:Managing and overseeing analytics implementation across the Knowledge website and related digital products.Partnering with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure precise and reliable tracking.Translating complex business requirements into comprehensive analytics frameworks.Feature Performance & Product Funnels:Leading in-depth analysis of product funnels, user engagement, and feature performance.Driving data strategies to enhance feature adoption, user retention, and overall product success.Collaborating with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps based on data insights.Strategic Reporting & Analysis:Creating advanced, customized reporting dashboards for traffic, conversions, and product KPIs.Presenting data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to inform strategic priorities.Continuously monitoring and improving the accuracy of data to ensure decision-making is based on robust insights.Testing & QA:Designing and managing complex testing frameworks for validating analytics setups.Conducting thorough audits to ensure the consistency and reliability of analytics data.Quickly troubleshooting and resolving analytics-related issues with minimal impact.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, product owners, and other key stakeholders.Building strong relationships across analytics, product, and development teams to promote a data-first culture.Coaching and mentoring junior analysts to elevate team capabilities and drive best practices.Agile Collaboration:Embedding analytics into Agile processes, ensuring that data insights guide product development cycles.Proactively identifying and aligning analytics requirements with sprint goals and product releases.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field6–8 years of experience in web analytics preferably in Adobe Analytics, data analysis, and driving strategic thinkingExpertise in Adobe Analytics (or similar tools) with a deep understanding of feature performance metrics and product funnels.Proven ability to manage and optimize analytics implementations for complex digital ecosystems.Advanced skills in designing and executing analytics testing frameworks.Extensive experience in presenting actionable insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding and developing analytics teams.Demonstrated success in influencing product strategies and driving measurable business results.Experience working in Agile teams, with familiarity in sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and iterative testing.Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced MS Excel skills (PowerPoint proficiency is a must).
