The Clients + The successful applicant for this role will work on Meta including Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Meta Quest and Ray Ban Glasses, Meta Public Affairs. + We are Meta’s Global Media Agency of Record and we’re looking to expand our excellent, dynamic and inclusive team. + We work across different Meta’s business units, across international markets, and work closely with our US team, on one of the world’s most innovative and highly connected global accounts. **Responsibilities** + **Data Management and Reporting** : Leading, with support, and overseeing data sourcing and processing from various media platforms, ensuring data harmonisation and variance correction. Responsible for the preparation of campaign pacing and post-campaign reports, formulating insights and recommendations, and scoping of Brand Lift Studies. + **Collaboration and Communication** : Work closely with media partners and internal teams to create top-notch solutions for client needs. Engage in client communication through presentations and optimisation sharing, while also collaborating with analytics leads and analysts on ad hoc requests, including client presentations and audience insights. + **Innovation and Best Practices** : Stay updated with industry trends to utilise current technologies and best practices in media delivery. Follow Meta’s global Ways of Working through all stages of planning, setup, execution, and reporting, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. In 6 months time… + You will be the go-to person for Analytics and Reporting deliverables, as one of three globally distributed Associate Directors + You will be responding to client requests and presenting analyses to clients. + You will be familiar with and will follow bespoke Meta ways of working and platforms. + You will be confident in understanding the Meta business in more detail, which will inspire you to proactively propose solutions to elevate media campaigns and technology solutions. + You will lead on reporting and PCAs, with the support of extended planning and investment teams **Qualifications** + Expertise in media analytics, KPI development, and technical practices for campaigns, in agency or client side, or a combination. + Proficient in client management and consultation, including issue resolution and presenting analyses. + Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights + Experience with statistical concepts and modelling, and brand measurement surveys. + Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Google Slides, Google Campaign manager, Double Verify. + Strong understanding of key reporting metrics across channels and how these ladder up to support client business objectives. + Ability to analyse the data and build insights. + Strong organisational and communication skills. + Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize workload. + Experience working across regional/ global campaigns is preferrable but not mandatory. **Additional information** **Spark** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
