What You'll Do

BCG has been on a Generative AI journey to transform internal operations powered through cutting edge Generative AI technologies are core to this journey. Thus, we are looking for Generative AI engineers who are passionate about designing, developing, deploying and optimizing Gen AI products at scale.

This role will be hosted in AI Center Of Excellence and individual will be embedded as part of various Digital Products Team to support building key prioritized Generative AI solutions for achieving functional AI/Gen AI vision

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop AI/Gen AI projects as individual contributors (IC), from ideation to deployment, ensuring they deliver impactful insightsOwn end-to-end design, development & deployment of machine learning solutions at scale to deliver high-quality outcomesBuild and train different types of machine learning, deep learning models targeted for specific business outcomesFine-tune large language models (LLMs) to meet specific Generative AI business outcomesShare expertise and perspectives on alternate approaches & tools to improve end solutionCollaborate closely with data engineers, LLM engineers, Full stack AI engineers, QA, product owners and analysts to create and operationalize data pipelines, ensuring compliance with data governance and security requirementsBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and successful integration of data-driven insights into business strategies

What You'll Bring

AI/ML & LLM engineering skills 

Overall 7+ years of experience in technology, analytics, data science & AI5+ years of hands-on experience in building & deploying AI/ML/Gen AI solutions across wide variety of problems2+ years of experience in building Generative AI productsDemonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions to complex data science challengesAdvanced proficiency in Python for data science applicationsProven ability to work with large structured & unstructured datasets and deploy AI/ML/Gen AI solutions through automated pipelinesStrong technical expertise in Statistics, Machine Learning and deep learning e.g. time series techniques, boosted trees, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP)Experience in developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks e.g. Langchain, Llamaindex to build Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and agent architecturesExperience in working with variety of LLM models and fine tuningExperience in applying MLOps principles to deploy, monitor and enhance AI/ML modelsExperience with LLM evaluation frameworks, guardrails to evaluate and monitor outputs quality, control hallucinationsAwareness of AI ethical frameworks to ensure responsible AI deploymentAbility to work iteratively on AI/ML/Gen AI solution to improve performance over period of time and with user feedbacksExperience with variety of Python libraries e.g. Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlowExperience in deploying solutions on a cloud platform – AWS (preferred), Azure, GCPExpertise in container technologies – Docker, KubernetesExperience of CI/CD tools for Data, ML, LLM pipelinesExperience with microservices architecture, FastAPIs

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiencesExperience working in a fast-paced global company, with a diverse team of both technical and functional backgrounds located in multiple time zonesProven ability to operate with a transparent mindset, communicating openly with stakeholders at various levels of the organizationStrong leadership skills, with experience in managing junior data scientists to promote a collaborative and innovative team culture
