The candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing Global Delivery Simplification initiatives ensuring all efforts are in line with global standards, facilitating global consistency. The candidate will support the transformation of the operating model to significantly improve the control environment and productivity. They will collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure the core pillars of the program are fully adopted and operational requirements are clear and tested.
What you will be responsible for
Initiate and set goals for the program according to the strategic objectives of the organization; monitor budget, forecasting and resource allocations for the program, prioritizing based on strategic decisions.
Drive the design and implementation of new operating models. Develop and implement relevant operating model changes in order to pivot the Operations organization towards digitization and enhanced client experience.
Maintain standard change control process, deploy, and maintain risk, issue and decision logs. Drive horizontal implementation of transformation efforts to drive scalability of solutions.
End-to-end operational processes to eliminate manual intervention and streamline the process creating efficiency and reducing cycle time.
Collaborates with Operations, Transformation and Technology teams to ensure the core pillars of the program are understood and fully adopted and operational requirements are clear and tested.
Assess program performance against benefit and outcome targets (Financial & non-financial), manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements.
Closely partner with tech partners and work on emerging technologies to help create opportunities for the business Drive standards.
Bring an outside-in-view to best in class process re-engineering tools to critically evaluate the current state model and understand efficiency and improvement opportunities.
Develop large scale transformation strategies across the in-house center with a view to overhaul and redesign the operating mode to focus on client experience, automation, efficiency and process improvements using best in class tools.
Partner with the leadership to execute on these process re-engineering changes globally
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services operations/top-tier strategy consulting experience/Corporate Strategy Group
Experience on large scale operations transformation initiatives and designing target state operating models
Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization and build strong relationships with team members, managers, technology partners and senior executives to drive successful completion of the work
Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
Strong experience in shaping organization’s strategy and advancing the growth agenda
Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Willingness and ability to travel
