Global Delivery Simplification Project Lead

Who we are looking for

Candidate required for Transformation Initiatives linked to Global Delivery Simplification (GDS) program.

We are seeking a self-motivated candidate to fill the role of Project Lead / Product Owner for overseeing a number of projects. The candidate will collaborate with operations and technology teams to ensure the core pillars of the program are fully adopted and operational requirements are clear and tested.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has the ability to execute and deliver results. An important component of the work we do is collaborating with others to drive progress and manage key administrative tasks as OKR’s and KPI’s. Candidate must have ability to speak up and demonstrate professional challenge and debate to drive toward the best outcome for the firm.

What you will be responsible for

As a Program Manager in Global Delivery Simplification you will:

Drive the design and implementation of new operating model for specific operational processesDevelop and implement relevant operating model changes in order to pivot the Operations organization towards digitization and enhanced client experienceDocument user stories to communicate business requirements to technology partners.Create and monitor project plans to drive execution and realization of business outcomesCreate Executive Level Reporting, Present status at governance meetings, Drive workstream governanceDefine comprehensive KPIs/Metrics for senior executive consumption - for each product and function, working in close partnership with the Product SMEs Understand, analyze and drive transformational decisions based on data.Leverage and drive key OKR’s, KPIs and other measures that play a key role in the formation of the Operations Transformation vision and strategic roadmapConduct meaningful data analysis to inform leadership on trends on root causes and strategic remediation plan

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or economics related fields OR Project Management10+ years’ experience in systems migrations related projects, operations/back office servicing (strong knowledge in investments and financial services)Operations Experience program managing large scale global and complex initiatives and implementationsAbility to effectively partner with Ops leads, technology partners, senior management and business counterparts Strategic thinker and visionary who can also roll up sleeves to ensure proper executionProject management and business analysis skillsProcess reengineeringStrong technology knowledge and understanding of back and middle office applications in the wider Industry
