In our global studios we have more than 100 designers in dedicated teams of Graphic Design, Color Material and Finish, Craftsmanship, Industrial Design, Trends Forecasting, User Interaction, Motion Graphics, Usability, Design Research and Studio Engineering.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or Engineering.
UX Design Experience
An understanding of the human-centered design process.
Ability to seamlessly design between physical and digital experiences.
Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Strong understanding of Android, IOS and custom software.
Solid UX Design experience in the Consumer Electronics, Appliance or Automotive industry.
Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve. features, all with a user-centered design process.
Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.
Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for multiple platforms and modalities.

This position is located at Joinville, the largest city in Santa Catarina state and an important industrial, financial and commercial center of the south region of Brazil. Here in this factory is centered the production of refrigerators, freezers, dryers, water purifiers and B.Blend machines. Also, here it's the base of the global product research and development team in Brazil for the refrigeration, air conditioning, water purifiers, cooking and eletronic areas.
