What we are looking for
For our Global HQ, we are currently looking for a Global Digital Audience & Campaign Sr Specialist who will support the Global Digital Team to transform digital data in digital audience actionable for our campaign activities on all digital properties.
Position detail
Monitor and measure analytics and funnel data,
Produce reports and dashboards to ensure data and insights are always accessible,
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify insights and opportunities for optimizations
Ideate and monitor A/B test to optimize conversion rates and advise new features and business opportunities, analysing and deep-diving into the results to give recommendations
Collaborate with the Corporate Digital Team and Local Digital Managers to perform analyses
Ensure data collection and data population/audiences works properly for all countries
Develop an audience segmentation strategy aligned to business objectives and technical requirements, providing customers with a tailored multi-channel journey
Develop and manage ongoing audience analytics and reports and provide behavior insights and formal recommendations of strategy aligned audiences
Evaluate existing data collection and segmentation capabilities to identify opportunities for new test & learn use cases that align with the overall vision
Create a complete database of customers and systems involved in data management processes to analyze, track and manage interactions with end users;
Analyze customer data present in different platforms and define the extraction and integration processes with CDPs;
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or Business/Management
3+ years of prior Experience in a data-intensive analytics role such as in Digital Analytics
Data-driven approach
Knowledge of digital marketing
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus
Knowledge of SQL, preferably using data in BigQuery is a plus
Experience with advanced analytics and statistical software languages (R or Python) is a plus
At least 3 years of experience in using Customer Data Platform or one of the following platforms: Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RTCDP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, Treasure Data, Tealium, Lytics, Hightouch, Growthloop, Census;
Experience creating traits and segments for targeting and enriching customer profile attributes in a DMP (Adobe Audience manager preferred), along with in-depth knowledge of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data
Familiarity with DSPs/AdTech platforms and a basic understanding of 3rd party advertising operates and standard advertising performance indicators
