What we are looking for
For our Global HQ, we are currently looking for a Global Digital Campaigns & Analytics Specialist who will support the Global Digital Team to transform digital data in digital audience actionable for our campaign activities on all digital properties.
Position details
Collaborate with Corporate Digital, Corporate IT and Local teams to release Marketing Cloud Campaign solution platform
Collaborate with Corporate Digital and Local Digital teams to perform campaign activities based on digital audiences
Develop an audience segmentation strategy aligned to business objectives and technical requirements, providing customers with a tailored multi-channel journey
Develop and manage ongoing Digital Audience Analytics and Reports to provide behavior insights and formal recommendations
Evaluate existing data collection and segmentation capabilities to identify opportunities for new test & learn use cases aligned with the Global vision
Produce reports and dashboards to ensure data and insights are always accessible
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify insights and opportunities for optimizations
What you'll need
2-3 years of prior Experience and familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Campaign), Audience Manager (AAM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Experience with the development and release of Marketing Cloud solution project
Familiarity with DSPs/AdTech platforms and a basic understanding of 3rd party advertising operates and standard advertising performance indicators
Experience in email and/or performance marketing with an emphasis on audience segmentation
Data-driven approach
Knowledge of Digital Marketing
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and Italian
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Information Technology, or Business/Management
