Global Digital Marketing Co-op
WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Digital Marketing Co-Op at BCG, you’ll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of digital marketing within a leading global consulting firm. This paid, Boston-based co-op offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to and learn from BCG’s diverse digital marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with talented teams across SEO, Web, UX, CX, Email, Paid Media, and more, gaining exposure to a wide range of digital strategies and tools. In this role, you may:

Assist in the creation, maintenance, and publication of web content that resonates with our global audience.

Optimize content for search engines to drive traffic and improve our online presence.

Contribute to the creation of email campaigns, then dive into performance data to optimize engagement.

Work alongside UX and CX teams to deliver designs that elevate the digital experience for our users.

Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing paid media campaigns.

Work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate a unified digital presence by aligning content across multiple channels.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2025 co-op cycleCurrently enrolled at Northeastern University, with some prior experience in marketing or a related field. Demonstrated interest in digital marketing through coursework, internships, or personal projects. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (such as Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Marketo, etc.) is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. A keen eye for detail, excellent time management, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
Primarily with the Digital Marketing Manager – Digital Channel Team. This position will be based in the Boston office in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week in office) and will collaborate with digital marketing teams around the globe.
