Global Digital Planner
Overview

The Global Digital Planner is responsible for partnering with Global Merchandising, Global MFP, and Regional Planning & Merchandising partners to build digital and category strategies in support of revenue and brand goals. This role works cross-functionally to align the seasonal strategic direction for the channel, including assortment validation and category guidance and provides business visibility on trends and various demand and supply KPIs. This collaborator role offers a hybrid work schedule: 60-80% a week in our Broomfield, CO office!

What You'll Do Support the assortment strategy alignment with Global Merchandising for seasonal milestones by providing option count & revenue targets and for key categories and strategic initiatives Align with MFP on long-term revenue forecast & product strategy Collaborate with the global merchandising team to provide the strategic shape of the line guidance and provide the relevant analysis (historical data, seasonality, market trends, marketing launches, financial plans). Maintain a constant relationship with the regional planning teams, merchandising, finance, sourcing, and supply teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers Support Manager in building new reporting and tools to give better insights into the business Leverage analytics to provide business insights to support company decision-making

What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, Business, Mathematics, or related field is required. Experience: 3+ years in planning role (assortment/demand/supply/merchandise) in a multichannel setting. Strong preference for consumer goods, footwear, or fashion/apparel experience in the industry Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills required Demand and/or Assortment Planning experience is required Must have extensive experience and proficiency in Excel tools and functionality Proven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment Experience with Demand Planning tools and reporting software, preferably PowerBI Proficiency in English required

Salary or Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000  

Workplace Persona: Collaborator  

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
