Global Digital Product Manager
Job Description SummaryAs a Global Product Manager in the Patient Care Solutions (PCS), Anesthesia & Respiratory Care (ARC) segment, you will be responsible for components within the Surgical & Procedural Care Digital Ecosystem as it relates to anesthesia. Through strong working relationships influence across executive leadership, product management, engineering & functional groups, you will create and execute strategic innovation roadmap for digital applications within the context and vision of the Surgical & Procedural Care Ecosystem. Essential Responsibilities:

As a domain expert for your portfolio, you will engage clinicians and hospital administrators at business & technical levels to develop/refine portfolio strategy, influence customer direction and execute strategy. Elevate how we engage with internal digital teams and external technology partners. You will be accountable for the successful enablement, delivery, and activation of the application solutions. This includes making prioritized recommendations on the extension of the solutions and strategy across a variety of use cases. You will be representing GE HealthCare to the outside market, including customers & partners.

In this role you will:

•     Profitably grow the digital portfolio of solutions, integrating across product development, functional partners, commercial and service teams.

•     Analyze market trends and opportunities, translate them into winning business strategies, and lead coordinated execution with high accountability for results.

•     Refine and own the vision, strategy, and innovation roadmap for your solution

•     Proactively influence portfolio and drive investment decisions balancing customer needs, business strategy, and competitive differentiation.

•     Drive go to market strategies for NPIs and upgrades, working closely with marketing and commercial teams.

•     Develop and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with both external organizations and internal platform partners

•     Become a domain expert & the spokesperson for your portion of the PCS digital portfolio

•     Champion business model innovation, and industry leading, digital friendly methodologies to guide capital allocation and measure customer and business success.

•     Establish and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, and partners.

•     Manage customer installed base to optimize utilization of system, updates/upgrades, manage escalations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalency in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science or In \"STEM\" Majors ( Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), or related field.6 years experience in a related fieldA 3 years of experience in MedTech digital product management and development, partner management, or a similar role.Competency in modern digital technologies (Cloud technologies, Web & Mobile application development and deployment) and SaaS business modelsAbility to travel 20-30% (both domestic and international). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

•     Defines and/or influences pricing strategy for product/ services and alignment across functions and organizations

•     Expertise in Healthcare IT standards and Employee Medical Records(EMR) integration practices.
