Global Director Integrated Communication Planning

The Global Director for Integrated communication planning is responsible to champion our integrated communication planning (danone ICP) initiative, pivotal in growing powerful brands and  competitive growth. This role is central to strengthen capabilities on integrating paid, owned, earned and shopper channels and a renewed wow between global & Local Marketing Teams.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Accelerate roll-out of an effective ICP Process

Act as an expert and strategic partner on the ICP process for our global and local brand marketing teams, contributing to an advancement of ICP sprints.Collaborate closely with our core partner agencies (Team Flow, BETC, digital and shopper agencies) to fine-tune the process in response to global brand briefs.Facilitate in-person workshops for top ICP global / selected local brands.Elevate the global awareness/support plan which includes Webinars, local Lunch & Learns and whitepapers.Optimize existing internal ICP WOW (new tools, storage options, etc).

Knowledge sharing and advocacy of the ICP:

Champion the ICP process within Danone, facilitating regular knowledge-sharing sessions of the ICP processDevelop ICP case studies to be shared on internal platforms to keep momentum and accelerate learning across marketing/brand teams.Ongoing tracking of ICP performance – what is working, not working; optimize as we move through the sprints on global brands

 Managerial Complexity

Management of two communication planning experts.High level of exposure to global and local senior marketing leadership and mulitiplicity internal & external stakeholders (external network of agencies)

KEY DELIVERABLES

Educate and drive continued awareness/momentum for the DANONE ICP process across the marketing organization. Run the ICP process across global brands and in partnership with local brand teams, moving from brand campaigns to brand ecosystem approach. Coordinate IBC experts, as well as other teams (digital owned platform teams and shopper) to work as oneRun workshops across global and local brands, deliver internal train-the-trainer sessions.

Proven success in driving & upskilling marketing teams on an effective integrated comms planning at global and local level.Digital strategy & technical skills, has built online brand ecosystems across paid, owned & earned.Stakeholders' engagement & leadership.Influencing & interpersonal skills.Experienced in working in a cross-functional setup with both global & local teams.

 

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

Education: Master and min 15y experience in Integrated Comms Planning roles, ideally in a combination of agency/ advertiser
