What is the key purpose of a Global Director of Strategic Supply Partnerships?

As a Global Director of Strategic Supply Partnerships working on the Strategic Partnerships team in New York City, you will manage the supply relationships with several key global strategic accounts.  Together  with account stakeholders, you will identify new partnership and revenue opportunities, both supply and traditional business development.  You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and account leadership stakeholders to develop and deploy new technical, operational and product solutions.  Above all, you will be responsible for the growth and success of the book of business. 

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role it is essential that you have:

10+ years of experience in management consulting, business development or enterprise software sales 5+ years of enterprise partnership management experience Very strong analytical thinking, project management and organization skills Proven track record of running high performing sales or client success teams Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate effectively with C-level audience Ability to present persuasive arguments to support recommendations internally and externally Working technical knowledge of HTTP, web-architecture, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestic and international

Nice to haves include:

MBA or equivalent Technical degree Experience collaborating with remote global teams Front-end web development experience Programmatic supply or demand experience Mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) application development

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

External Responsibilities:

Build key relationships across account organizations, specifically at executive and director level stakeholders within Revenue, Programmatic, Business Development, Product and Editorial Teams Identify strategic upsell opportunities and work with direct/indirect reports to drive them to closure Identify and close opportunities for new lines of business within partner organizations In cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, execute the launch playbook for new partnerships Maintain regular and consistent engagement with partners, demonstrating product understanding, market knowledge and industry expertise Develop and maintain expert-level understanding of Taboola’s brand positioning, evolving platform and partner value proposition.  Lead and organize quarterly business reviews with clients, presenting key performance metrics, project updates, and future plans. Provide strategic guidance and data driven insights to support negotiation of agreements, renewals and amendments with clients Serve as an escalation point for operational issues with existing partner integrations

 

Internal Responsibilities:

Work with direct reports to develop and maintain comprehensive client account plans aligned with business goals and client objectives. Prepare and manage accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts, including pipeline health and revenue projections. In collaboration with Senior Executives, Legal, Product Management and Finance, lead the development of negotiation strategies for complex client agreements, renewals, and expansions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client goals. Conduct internal quarterly business reviews to align cross-functional teams on account performance, strategic initiatives, and resource allocation. Collaborate with internal Partner Operations team to ensure processes are setup to for both internal and client supporting functions (e.g., ad quality feedback, live site support) Communicate progress, challenges, and key outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to account health and retention proactively. Collaborate with cross functional internal teams (e.g., Product, R&D, Professional Services, Ad Policy, Ad Policy Enforcement) to ensure Taboola is delivering world class partner management, customer service, product innovation and overall alignment with technical partner needs Develop team of Account Directors and Account Managers to ensure employee engagement and professional growth

The pay and commission offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base Salary Pay Range $188,500—$240,000 USD Base Salary + OTE Pay Range $290,000—$360,000 USD
