Global Director of Total Rewards
What We Need: The Global Director of Total Rewards will be responsible for the development, administration and strategy for shaping comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that enhance the company’s ability to hire, motivate and retain highly skilled top talent. The reposition reports to the Chief Human Resource Officer and supports the organization by developing solutions and innovative approaches in design of compensation and benefit solutions and management of all related programs, including payroll. What You'll Be Doing: + Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives and is aimed at attracting and retaining talent in a competitive environment across multiple disciplines. + Provide strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation programs, including annual short- and long-term incentives and executive compensation. + Prepare and present executive compensation and compliance materials for Brady’s quarterly Board of Director meetings. Act as a voice for management while working with Brady’s external compensation consultant and Board members on executive compensation materials. + Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes, as appropriate. + Ensure that the total rewards programs comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. + Lead the team through regular benchmarking cycles to analyze and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive reward packages. + Drive competitive and attractive total rewards strategies that are cost-effective and consistent with market trends and aligned to Brady’s business priorities. + Manage the annual salary planning process, including the development of budget recommendations. + Conduct market surveys to ensure external pay equity. Identify gaps and develop recommended solutions. Evaluate and ensure internal pay equity. + Assist with all M&A activity at it pertains to global compensation and benefit programs, including due-diligence, acquisition, divestiture and integration. + Manage and develop a team of five, including a Global Director of Benefits, total reward analysts, HRIS and payroll. Build strong relationships with HR partners within the business to help drive growth. What You Will Need To Be Successful: + Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, managers and employees. + Demonstrated experience developing comprehensive executive compensation programs that align with various stakeholder needs, while driving recognition and retention of the executive leadership team. + Experience developing and implementing global compensation strategies that support the organizational goals and objectives. + Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive success to multiple concurrent projects with a strong operational background. + Driven self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Ability to collaborate across a global organization, understanding the needs and dynamics of the organization. #LI-Hybrid About Us: Who we are:Brady makes products that make the world a safer and more productive place.
