Your role and responsibilities

Senior Project Manager with experience in managing hyperscale and large colocations of data center customers, specifically focusing on Low Voltage Systems (LVS) within the Global Products Group (GPG) at ABB. The role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating project participation, continuous improvement, margin improvement, communication, team development, and staying updated on market trends and insights. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES•\tServe as the primary liaison for hyperscale and large colocation data center customers, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating communication across ABB divisions.•\tCoordinate critical project activities, including acceptance testing and project kick-offs, while maintaining a database of Lessons Learned and a dashboard for project progress.•\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, communicating progress, and enhancing revenue margins through effective project execution.•\tDevelop and lead a cross-functional virtual Data Center team to ensure alignment, optimal communication, and support for project recovery efforts.•\tEnsure compliance with ABB's core values, safety standards, and code of conduct, while promoting health, safety, and environmental practices across all teams in scope.

Qualifications for the role

\tSenior project manager with 10+ years of experience and strong communication skills for engaging diverse audiences, from operational experts to customer executives.\tTechnical expertise in leading discussions with DtC customers and understanding the commissioning process for LV distribution systems.\tProven track record in similar roles, ideally within an engineer-to-order project organization.\tPreferred experience in executing electrical distribution projects.\tProactive self-starter with a hands-on mentality, driving initiatives and addressing challenges effectively.
