If you share our bold mindset to be best-in-class, we want you IN. **Your Future Role** **Global Coordination** + Central management and further development of the Innomotics web shop and EDI interfaces. + Coordination and support of E-Business Operations Managers in various countries. + Ensuring consistent standards and processes in a global context. **Project Management** + Planning, implementation, and monitoring of international projects to enhance the E-Business platform. + Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to complete projects on time and within budget. + Development and application of best practices in project management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. **Change Management** + Gathering and evaluating change requests from countries for the web shop and EDI solutions. + Translating country-specific requirements into technical specifications and aligning with the development team. + Ensuring timely and high-quality implementation of changes. **Technical Expertise and Optimization** + Close collaboration with technical teams to ensure the stability and performance of SAP-based systems. + Support and optimization of SAP systems, particularly SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP SD. + Analyzing and resolving technical issues in the operation of E-Business channels. **Communication and Collaboration** + Building strong, trust-based relationships with international stakeholders, including leadership levels. + Moderating international meetings and workshops. + Ensuring clear and transparent communication among all participants. **Your Profile** + A degree in Business Administration, (Business) Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. + Long-term experience in managing E-Business platforms or a similar global role. + Experience with SAP systems, especially SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP SD, is an advantage. + Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). + Solid knowledge of project management, ideally certified (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or SCRUM). + Understanding of EDI processes and their integration into business operations. + Strong team and communication skills, especially in dealing with international stakeholders and leadership levels. + Intercultural competence and the ability to operate in a dynamic global environment. + Solution-oriented thinking and a structured, self-reliant working style. + Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage. + Willingness to travel internationally, with approximately 5% travel per year. **What’s IN it for you (Our Benefits)** + Compensation according to the applicable collective agreements of the metal and electrical industry + 30 days of vacation per calendar year + Flexible working models + Pension benefits + Development opportunities + Health care offerings + Childcare subsidy + Employer subsidy for "Deutschlandticket” + Canteens with lower prices for employees + Access to a benefits portal with attractive employee offers **Ready to power the future with us?
