Global eCommerce Principal UX Program Manager

Job Summary
The Principal E-Commerce Program Manager supports the development and delivery of online shopping experiences on hp.com. The senior individual contributor in this role drives transformation to a modern product operation model, including workflow and architecture of processes and tools for the Agile product teams. The Principal E-Commerce Program Manager should have strong business operations, leadership, and communication skills; familiarity with Agile software product development; and a background in ecommerce product or platform management.

Responsibilities

Leading process governance and workflow transformation for the product teams for product selection and purchase experience in HP.com StoreEnabling product teams to develop and drive web experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in shopper experience, purchase conversions, and revenueProviding product teams and leaders with dashboards and notifications critical to tactical progress and strategic prioritizationLeading project planning compliance with new web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory lawsDeveloping productive internal/external working relationships and providing guidance to ecommerce designers, product managers, developers, and other team members


Education & Experience

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in software product management, ecommerce web design, business process transformation, or a related field.


Knowledge & Skills

Expert in architecture administration of Jira workflows, dashboards and process managementExperience working in Agile software development product model methodologyComprehensive understanding of eCommerce analytics and business strategiesExperience managing and deploying customer-facing web applicationsSkilled in eCommerce User Experience (UX)Proficient to advanced skills in at least three of Microsoft Teams, Adobe Analytics, Figma, React Development, Miro, OKR planning, Design Thinking

Cross-Org Skills

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is required, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasivelySpanish or additional languages a plusProficiency working in cross-functional and multinational teamsStrong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire othersDetail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesPassionate about ecommerce innovation and customer experience

The base pay range for this role is $110,000 to 159,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
