Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will create innovative and engaging classroom, online, and virtual education programs by partnering with subject matter experts across the organization. You will be responsible for implementing education programs and leading training completions in our learning management systems.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Assess training engagement needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, and instructors. Create, organize, plan, and implement technical and skills training for employees and customers. Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback. Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in the global education focus area.
