Job Summary:
The Global Employee Engage Associate, being the center point of contact for employee engagement and communications, is responsible for the concept planning, development, coordination, and implementation of employee activities. He/she is also involved in the planning and execution of country-wide events.
Now more than ever, the role is deemed to be critical in ensuring we continue to keep employees engaged through activities that cater to those working from home and those working on-site.
Will also greatly involved in information dissemination and plays a key role in creating awareness on all company-initiated, program-driven, and department-led efforts, among others.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
·Planning, communication, and execution of large-scale/national and program/department-led ad hoc events.
·Lead and recruit site RAVE team to enhance employee experience.
·Talent auditions/coordination for employee events.
·Communication Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 with site director to share upcoming events, status updates, etc.
·Participate in CLT meetings to understand business support priorities, share upcoming national and local event dates/details/leadership participation needed
·Update/maintain communication channels on-site
·Draft and distribute communications, update site Mosaic workspace, etc.
·Recognition Support, promote and execute global, national, and local recognition initiatives including Bravo Club, birthdays/anniversaries, performance recognition events.
·Community Support, promote and execute global, national and local Foundation initiatives.
What You Bring to the Role
·Experience in employee engagement events would be preferred
·Should be a graduate/Masters degree in HR is preferred
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·Excellent written and verbal comms skills
·Excellent interpersonal skills
