Job Responsibilities :The role is tasked with driving the adoption and effective utilization of digital assets across various regions on third-party e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and others. This responsibility involves not only accelerating the creation and deployment of assets but also ensuring that all content adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains consistent brand representation across platforms.In collaboration with the web development team, the role entails project management for the creation of product launch assets as well as the development of sustain content.
Success in this role requires fostering seamless communication and coordination with a diverse array of internal stakeholders across various functions, ensuring alignment and effective execution of content creation initiatives.
Develop, manage, and optimize digital content for eCommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings across various online retailers.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and regional team, to ensure content aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to create high-quality digital assets, and enhanced A+ content.
Analyze content performance and metrics to refine and enhance content strategies.
Ensure the adoption and utilization of content assets across regions through the effective use of content builder and its tools.
Expedite asset creation and deployment processes using Copilot AI for localizing content in key markets.
Maintain and enforce brand and content consistency across all eCommerce touchpoints, including audits and reviews of regional eCommerce brand store assets
Adapt and repurpose content assets—ranging from accolades to Esports testimonials—to provide regions with tailored, impactful materials.
Initiate and manage processes to deliver newly launched product assets for both e-commerce and retail (POSM) ahead of launch dates
Provide guidance and training to product managers on the effective use of content builder tools to craft precise and impactful content briefs tailored to e-commerce requirements.
Facilitate regular biweekly communication with regional teams to gather feedback, address needs, and provide ongoing support for their content and asset requirements.
Pre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital content management, or a similar roleStrong understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, and other key online retailersExperience in asset deployment and content adaptation plus creationStrong collaboration skills to work with multiple internal stakeholdersExpertise in maintaining brand guidelines and developing content briefsProject management skills to deliver assets on time and streamline content deploymentEffective communication skills for regular feedback and supportAre you game?
