Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a passionate and multi-talented Global Events Associate Manager to drive world-class brand experiences both on-ground and online. This role will lead the execution of key global events and immersive live commerce initiatives, amplifying our brand presence, product stories, and community engagement across platforms and regions.

The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and possesses strong expertise in both experiential and digital engagement.

Events Management:

Plan and execute high-impact global events including trade shows, esports tournaments, and product launchesCollaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, regional teams, and partners to ensure consistent messaging and objectivesManage event timelines, budgets, and logistics—owning vendor relationships, venue coordination, asset development, and on-site executionDevelop pre-event and post-event recaps, and ROI reporting to optimize future experiencesAct as brand guardian on-site to ensure immersive and premium brand representation

Live Commerce Management:

Project manage and produce engaging live commerce sessions across key eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Live, TikTok Shop), highlighting key products, offers, and key brand moments to drive traffic, engagement, and salesWork closely with hosts, influencers, and internal talent to create engaging scripts and storytelling formats that drive conversionsCoordinate product showcases, tech setup, promo mechanics, and platform best practices for optimal engagementMonitor live stream performance, generate insights, and iterate on strategy to maximize reach and sales impactKeep pulse on social commerce trends and competitor activity to maintain cutting-edge content and tactics

Pre-Requisites :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in event management and/or ecommerce live streamingDemonstrated success executing events and/or livestream campaigns with measurable impactBackground in gaming, lifestyle tech, or youth-driven consumer brandsExperience with livestream production tools and ecommerce platforms (e.g., OBS, Amazon Live, TikTok Shop, etc)Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlinesPassion for storytelling, community building, and creating memorable brand experiencesExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
