What You'll Do

You will be supporting BCG’s efforts to move towards a more audience-centric event portfolio through stronger targeting efforts and enhanced data quality. You will work with the Global External & Events Analytics Director and collaborate closely with event projects teams to:

Work hand in hand with event project team to strengthen and streamline data management in event planning process, including invitations and on the ground 1:1 client engagement coordinationManage end to end invitation process, from list generation, to invitations, registration sites, and all communications with invitees, using the appropriate marketing technology platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Cvent)Coordinate 1:1 client engagement process from target selection, matchmaking with BCG delegate, and approvalsSupport event project team on ad-hoc data cleaning needsSupport event analytics team on ad-hoc reporting needs

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Working in cross-functional teams (inside and outside of marketing), especially in a virtual settingManaging multiple sets of data across tools and spreadsheetsExceptional attention to detail and excellent coordination and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and to organize data effectivelyCommunicating effectively (written and verbal) to all stakeholders in an accurate and in a service-orientated way (in English)Working in a structured, autonomous and process orientated way

What You'll Bring

A/BS degreeTwo or more years of relevant practical experience in events or data managementAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience and knowledge of marketing and event technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, CventCuriosity around new technologies and GenAI applications to day-to-day workAbility to work in autonomy with good planning/organization skills and exceptional attention to detailMust have a positive and friendly manner, with a strong service orientation, high degree of flexibility, and the ability to work under pressureAbility to interact with intercultural teams at senior and junior levels in a non-hierarchical manner
