Global Fast Track Leader - London, Birmingham or Norwich
Fast Track is in the top three priorities for Marsh globally, with significant exposure to the global leadership team. Following a successful launch, Fast Track has grown exponentially and remains on a high growth trajectory. The team of 20 in London and 50 in Mumbai are manging a business with currently generates £multi-million and is projected to treble this in the next 3 years.
To achieve this growth, new leader is sought who can harness Fast Track’s global capability and evolve the product through best-in-class technology adoption and process innovation.
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact in a leading global initiative. You will have responsibility for the financial performance of the practice area whilst maintaining high professional standards and awareness of financial services regulatory requirements.
We will count on you to:
Lead the Fast Track programme, ensuring alignment with global strategies and initiatives.Collaborate with the Global Placement Leadership to develop and implement operational infrastructure supporting Fast Track.Manage the delivery of growth initiatives related to Fast Track, focusing on both global and regional objectives.Work closely with client segments and specialty businesses to identify and design innovative solutions that enhance Fast Track.Foster strong relationships with carriers and stakeholders within the Marsh network to ensure the success of Fast Track.What you need to have:
Over 10 years of experience in the insurance broking industry, with a strong focus on the UK market.A successful Placement Broker career, bringing credibility with the market and a good understanding of insurance operations.Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing complex placements and driving strategic initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.What makes you stand out?
