Global Finance and Business Reporting Manager

As a Finance and Business Manager, you will be responsible in providing guidance and business support to CIB Philippines Corporate Center Operations comprising 2,900+ employees through business metrics reporting, workforce management, subject matter expertise in  asset management review and monitoring, and seat/capacity management. You will also be engaged to lead and drive performance improvements, productivity and process efficiencies. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.

Job Responsibilities

Propose enhancements to manual processes Performs regular cleanup of working file and databases Create policies and propose amendments to outdated policies  Drive local awareness and training via semi-annual roadshows, bootcamps and induction trainings Partner with PGSC teams-GIM, GRE, PFAM, ECCS, GTI, GSI & CAO in reporting requirements, technology enhancements, asset pooling initiatives and process alignment and communicate process/site-wide initiatives/updates to CIB Regularly attend meetings: weekly business management, weekly team meeting, one on one with direct manager and VP

Reports Management Tasks: 

Gather data and publish reports and/or business communications Design and create data visualization framework for reports, scorecards and other collaterals Responsible for gathering, validating, interpreting and analyzing data, inclusive of resolving report gaps to provide recommendations, trend analysis and forecasting decisions Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps Benchmark with Global Partners in reporting standards

Other Tasks 

Will closely partner with recruitment and hiring managers in ensuring the following: hiring strategy is in place, any hiring concerns are being addressed, recruitment updates or notice are communicated to the overall CIB population and vice versa. Act as back-up to Assets, Seats/Facilities SME, and Finance SME

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Graduate of  any 4-year course Prior experience in Business Management is a plus Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), Tableau, Alteryx, and Graphic Design Software Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence Excellent communication, organization and project management skills Can influence individuals to focus efforts towards a common goal Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time management and prioritization skills

TENURE: 

Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement. Specific roles require longer tenure in current position to be eligible to apply. Unless established for specific positions by the line of business, the standard tenure requirement is 12 months.
