This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. **What You’ll Do:** + Collaborate with Operations and Finance to develop and maintain the account's Financial Baseline, ensuring all changes are systematically tracked through the Change Control Process. + Act as a subject matter expert on the Financial Baseline and Change Control Processes. Develop and maintain thorough process documentation. + Support Project Management in preparation of monthly Capital Forecast and Capital Accrual Entry. + Manage and update the account’s finance data within the Workday Adaptive Planning instance for the account. + Prepare and effectively deliver presentations to Finance and Operations teams. + Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions in preparation for client financial statement packages. + Create and post journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted. + Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting. Prepare packages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams. + Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures. + Respond to and resolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports. + Facilitate the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning, Google Suite specially Forms highly desired. + Fluency in English as well as the ability to effectively lead meetings and prepare presentations. + Fluency in Polish will be an asset. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Advanced math skills.
