What You'll Do:
As a Global Finance Senior Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, supporting our Performance Coatings business unit. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. You will be a partner to the business unit Vice President, providing analysis and recommendations for business strategy, and support the execution of business plans. In this role, you will lead a global team and collaborate with other finance leaders across the company.
What We're Looking For:
Serve as a “business partner” to the Performance Coatings Business Unit’s Vice President; be and active member of the business’s cross-functional leadership team to assist in creating and executing the business strategy. Monitor, Analyze and communicate financial results of the business. Research, understand and communicate variances and ensure accurate financial statements. Provide timely, concise, and actionable insights to senior management. Prepare P&L forecasts as required. Proactively track orders and integrate information from manufacturing plants, sourcing & supply chain, operations finance, segment accounting, etc. to forecast near-term results. Track forecasting accuracy and identify ways to improve the process. Understand business strategic direction and assist in goal setting with leadership. Actively participate/lead the strategic planning process. Get “outside” the numbers. Direct the business team to make sound working capital decisions that maximize free cash flow. Partner with Vice President and Leadership Team to provide financial analysis and guidance for business development projects. Prepare cash flow models for capital investments and potential acquisitions/divestitures. Work with the commercial team on sales proposals, product pricing, and terms and negotiations. Work with director of technology to establish metrics and reporting to assist with investment decisions. Be an active participant in decision board discussions. Lead /manage/develop financial personnel in US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Lead the annual operating plan/budget process and coordinate long-range forecasts that coincide with the business strategies. Liaison with Lubrizol Advanced Materials segment finance and Lubrizol corporate finance; to support month-end, quarter-end and annual reporting and business review requirements. Special projects as assigned. Up to 10% domestic and international travel.Skills That Make a Difference:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting Minimum 10 years of experience in varied financial / analytical positions Self-starter with a desire to achieve Experience preparing executive level presentations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well-organized; flexibility to handle simultaneous requirements and tight deadlines Able and willing to travel as required

CPA and/or MBA or equivalent Experience with SAP Experience with acquisitions (strategic planning, modeling, due diligence, and integration
