Job Description Purpose Oversee global procurement, and Repair and Maintenance program for BGS global fleet in order to ensure that global operations support commercial growth targets with maximum efficiency across all lines of business. Leverage Brink’s global footprint to ensure that all costs relating to CAPEX and Opex are optimized. Principal Accountabilities Work with regional VPs and country GMs to understand local fleet requirements, especially in regards to different lines of business – Commodities, D&J, luxury, to ensure optimized fleet configuration across different regions. Oversee global procurement and armoring of armored, semi-armored and non-armored fleet for BGS entities. This should be done in conjunction with country heads to ensure vehicle procurement and production pipeline meets company requirements. Work with relevant stakeholders to standardise the design of the operational fleet Develop fleet of EVs in line with LOB requirements Oversee production and submission of CERs in line with defined requirements Develop and maintain fleet management database for global fleet to provide maximum visibility and control of global fleet – all types of vehicle Develop and maintain relationships with armorers (upfitters) in key regions to leverage Brink’s global procurement potential to reduce armoring costs Work with Fleet managers in other divisions of the company to ensure efficient deployment across the network and to leverage any synergies Participate in budget preparations for fleet spend with relevant country heads Work with Global procurement to develop global program to leverage Brink’s global footprint for optimized fuel, tyre and lubricant spend against planned cost targets Monitor fleet costs and to ensure they remain within budgeted forecast. Track fleet OPEX savings per country to ensure efficiency targets are met and recognized. Work with Global ESG team to ensure BGS fleet is participating in all relevant programs and policies to maximum degree Communicating with Insurance companies /Brokers, organising the appropriate insurance for Drivers and vehicles Support BGS stations compliance with documentation, Insurance, Fitness requirements etc. Support BGS stations preventive maintenance programs Other initiatives as required Skills & Experience Experience with armored cars Experience with armored car security systems preferred Experience with bulk procurement across geographical areas preferred High School diploma or equivalency Strong demonstrated collaboration and political savviness Relationships Key Internal Contacts: (e.g. Corporate Support Teams) All BGS RVPs and relevant Country GMs (relevant meaning where BGS has a fleet) Strategic Sourcing Center of Exellence (Procurement) Fleet Managers in other Divisions of the Company Key External Contacts: (e.g. government agencies) Vehicle Manufactures Vehicle Armoring companies across the globe What’s Next?
