We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Global Foreign Exchange, Product Control Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Detailed knowledge and experience of the MSS products, data flows and interactions, especially, foreign exchange and commodities productsExperience in gathering and analysing requirements, building, and monitoring test plansPerformance of the end-to-end PL process for the FX desk within the Global Markets business. This would include review/oversight of New Trade PL, market environment PL, carry PL, and cancel and amend PLIdentification and resolving production exceptions where possible and working closely with near-shore Product Control teams as and when required to resolved exceptionsReview results from near-shore team and preparation/review of commentary and analysisResponding to near-shore queriesProject management experience. Involvement in larger projects, reengineering and streamlining processes as part of the move to adopting a shared service centre model to achieve economies of scale and increased service qualityRequired to work closely with colleagues in the Product Control function, near-shore Product Control teams and other support functionsRequired to communicate effectively with people at various levels of seniority and different backgrounds in a challenging but collegiate environmentEnsure that there is full compliance with the Global Markets FIMIntegrity, conduct and performance against ethical standardsDocumented knowledge of the roleFacilitate automation of manual processes to improve productivityPrompt resolution of problem issues and management queries related to the relevant product lines
