Summary: Seeking a Global Foundry Engineer to design and maintain foundry tooling, optimize production efficiency, and support global initiatives.

Requirements:

BS in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience 5+ years pattern building experience preferred 5+ years experience with gating and risering techniques Knowledge of foundry processes including melt, green sand, and no-bake molding Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks), Word, Excel

Preferred Skills:

ProCast solidification experience Flexibility with shifts, hours, and assignments Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:

Design and construct new foundry tooling from blueprints or CAD models Maintain tooling for production efficiency and dimensional accuracy Generate casting and pattern quotations for new projects Coordinate movement of patterns between facilities globally Collaborate on new product launches and cost-saving projects Maintain active tooling list with production status details

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
