What You'll Do
The Functional Finance Co-Op will be a core member of the Functional Finance Team within BCG’s broader Worldwide Finance organization. You’ll provide meaningful, insightful, and accurate financial support to help guide and influence key decisions across all BCG functions (HR, Marketing, IT, etc.). You will partner with the leadership of our Global Functions and senior finance stakeholders across local, regional, and global offices.
In this role, the Finance Co-Op will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, budget management, and planning in addition to participation on key strategic projects across the firm. The work is challenging, very visible and requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
What You'll Bring
Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the 2025 co-op cycle Skilled in MS office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and ability to stay focused High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling of personal data Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a positive “team player” attitude Excellent time management skills; must work well with deadlines Receptive to feedback and motivated to quickly learn new topics and skills Superior oral and written communication skillsBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
